I recommend purchasing the correct communication cables but sometimes you have to work with what you have. I closed RSLinx and just let it work thru Panelbuilder. Find More Posts by lostcontrol.
I am trying to upload to a new Panelview B5A2 via a pic module. If so, I can probably do something about that. I started using this file rslinx pic aic couple of 1747–pic ago and it works great.
